FOLLOW ALONG FOR STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

1. Warm Bath

With warm water and a non-toxic body scrub, gently wash excess oils from the skin.

2. Gently Apply to Skin

Apply a small amount to be caressed into the skin - all over your body. Please avoid using Chiquita's Hair + Skin on your face. It is not recommended.

3. Hug Yourself!

Relish in the softness of your freshly enriched skin.

1. Wash your hair (1x month)

With warm water and a non-toxic shampoo, gently wash excess dirt from the hair.

2. Part your hair in sections.

With a comb, part your hair into smaller sections, exposing the scalp. With a dab of the finger, lightly rub Chiquita's Hair + Skin on the exposed scalp.

3. Tend to your ends

Use a soft bristle brush to grab the hairs and bring the natural oils from the scalp to the ends of your hair. Repeat until satisfied.

4. Any excess oils on your hands

Go ahead and rub the excess on your skin! Using Chiquita's Hair + Skin daily will REVITALIZE skin with natural oils. No waste.

4. Wait up to 4 weeks to wash again

Using Chiquita's Hair + Skin daily will RESTORE natural oils in the hair that we lose due to excessive washing. Dry shampoo is recommended for 3-4 weeks if you must wash your hair.
